In a healthy and thriving church, a cohesive leadership team is essential. Many pastors find themselves managing poor performance, addressing gossip, and resolving conflicts among staff. This can lead to frustration and burnout for both staff and pastors alike. With the guidance of Teresa and the Inner Healing team, many churches have experienced healing from division, bitterness, and resentment, fostering a more harmonious environment reducing friction among leaders.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Over the course of a week, the team will:

Host introduction to inner healing and initial large group conversation.

Facilitate individual one-on-one’s with each team member and develop personal growth plan.

Lead final group discussion and Q&A.
Team members will leave with freedom and resolution, a renewed passion for Jesus, and armed with tools to help deal with conflict.
