In 2019 we brought Teresa Shaver in to minister to our Church Staff and Elders (and spouses). Our goal that year was to lead our church leadership team to a deeper level of emotional health and freedom. Every individual walked away with a renewed spirit, healing taken place, and an increased level of self-awareness.

OUR STORY

Teresa was in full-time ministry for 10 years as the Executive Director at a Christian counseling center.

During her tenure, she built a cohesive team of ten women who did not gossip and were consistently united in the mission of their ministry. This was the direct result of the inner work each person did to find healing and freedom in their hearts.

Since then, she has been able to help many other churches heal wounds of division, bitterness, resentment, and significantly reduce friction among staff.

Teresa is a certified John C. Maxwell life coach. She is also an avid learner and is well-read in the latest innovative inner healing principles and techniques.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Over the course of a week, Teresa will:

Host introduction to inner healing and initial large group conversation.
Facilitate individual one-on-one’s with each team member and develop personal growth plan.
Lead final group discussion and Q&A.

Team members will leave with freedom and resolution, a renewed passion for Jesus, and armed with tools to help deal with conflict.

Pastors will see a more cohesive, unified, and energized team committed to the vision.
