Terms & Conditions of Engagement
Inner Healing Ministries
By submitting an appointment request to Inner Healing Ministries ("INHM"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointment Scheduling: Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that an appointment will be scheduled. All appointments are subject to the availability of our team members. INHM reserves the right to decline any appointment request at its sole discretion.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment, will result in a session fee.

No Insurance Accepted: INHM does not accept any form of insurance for payment. Clients are solely responsible for all fees associated with services provided by INHM. A receipt can be requested for use of HSA funds. This request for funds from any HSA account will be handled by the client.

Not a Licensed Counseling Center: INHM is not a licensed counseling center. The services provided by INHM are intended for spiritual guidance and support only and should not be construed as psychological counseling, therapy, or any form of licensed professional mental health care.

Confidentiality and Privacy: While INHM is not subject to HIPAA regulations, we are committed to protecting the privacy and anonymity of our clients under similar pastoral counseling conditions. Information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or in situations where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

Non-Indemnification: You agree that INHM, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of INHM's services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. You further agree to release and discharge INHM from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have now or in the future against INHM or its team members.
By acknowledging and submitting the appointment request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
